GRADUATE IN DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION (KTP ASSOCIATE)
Elite Electronic Systems Ltd in partnership with Ulster University is offering an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and highly motivated Electrical or Electronic Engineering graduate to work as a Knowledge Transfer Partnership Associate to oversee the design and development a digital twinning system that will enhance the performance accuracy of manufacturing processes.
This 2-year KTP project will focus on tackling the complex task of building a smart sensor and data analysis system for fault detection in a Surface Mount Technology (SMT) manufacturing process, leading to a Digital Twin to enhance yield reliability and quality.
The successful candidate will utilise AI, advanced data analytics techniques, and IoT to create a robust system capable of enhancing performance accuracy and real-time monitoring.
You will gain a deep understanding of SMT systems and a grasp of fundamental control knowledge, including modelling and signal processing analysis of actuators and sensors measurements. Additionally, you will delve into machine learning methods to optimise control and performance, to devise schemes for SMT fault detection and isolation.
