Surface Mount

A team of skilled PCB engineers are on hand to manage all phases of PCB assembly, offering dedicated assistance from concept to production. Ten pick and place machines, across five SMT assembly lines, deliver a placement rate of over two hundred and fifty thousand components per hour, with an ability to place components from as small as 01005 up to 50mm by 50mm. Surface mount is a critical process backed up by IPC-A-610 trained operatives and ongoing investment in people, plant and processes.
